Programme overview

The aim of this one-day training session is to provide managers with the skills and tools needed to promote and support a coaching and mentoring culture within their organisation.

During the course, we will look at the role of a coach/mentor, how to structure the relationship with the coachee / mentee, including the setting up of one-to-one sessions and getting agreement on future actions.

During the course learners will explore their individual coaching/mentoring style and identify key areas to work on to develop their abilities.
