This programme has been developed to assist trainees in discovering the fundamentals of effective project management processes. Delivered over 4 half days:
Day 1 - 2 cover the essentials of planning, monitoring and controlling a project.
Day 3 - 4 detail how the project can be effectively executed by utilising Microsoft Project.
This course goes beyond the traditional boundaries of MS Project training by providing the background to Project Management Process knowledge needed to develop effective project schedules using MS Project.
This programme is perfect for anyone who does not hold a formal project management qualification and has limited knowledge on MS Project. It will assist in improving structure and efficiencies on projects.
